COVID-19 Safety Protocols and Enhanced Concierge Services

Your health and safety is extremely important to us. In order to help stop the potential spread of COVID-19 we have introduced some enhanced services and safety protocols to keep our customers and teammates safe.

We are working by appointment and will be conducting as much business as possible virtually and online.

You can now see any of our vehicles by booking a virtual remote vehicle showing. Showings will be held through FaceTime, WhatsApp and Google Hangouts.

All of our vehicles undergo a thorough safety inspection and reconditioning process and we guarantee every vehicle we sell. Because of this, many of our clients take delivery without even test driving! In many cases we can bring the vehicle to your residence and accommodate you at your home for a test drive if you prefer. All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after.

When it comes to buying, selling or financing — lease and finance quotes and approvals are also handled online.

We have taken proactive steps to keep you and our team safe, this includes:

  • Ensuring good hygiene practices, including proper and frequent hand washing
  • Limiting our team sizes, mandating a rotating work from home policy
  • Virtualizing our business and introducing additional methods for remotely doing business.
  • Using hand sanitizer as an additional step, and using disinfecting wipes on all high touch surfaces
  • Ensuring our team members are not working if they’re feeling unwell
  • Enacting mandatory reporting and following government guidelines for self-quarantine should a team member come into close contact with anyone with COVID-19 or if they contract it themselves
  • Stopping the practice of shaking customers hands and replacing it with a smile or foot tap instead
  • Offering vehicle pick-up and drop-off from your home or office
